    On average, a 20-foot shipping container weighs between 4,400 and 5,000 pounds.


    A 40-foot shipping container weighs between 8,000 and 9,000 pounds.


    Weight varies by manufacturer and height. (Standard height: 8' x 6" and High Cube: 9' x 6")

  • What are shipping containers made of?

    Shipping containers are made out of COR-TEN Steel or weathering steel.

  • Do you offer financing?

    We do not. Most purchases are under $10,000 and without a title, which makes things difficult for banks. Credit unions have advised us that applying for an unsecured line of credit is the best way to secure financing.

  • How far do you deliver?
